About the 2025 FIRST® Annual Impact Report

Through our ocean-themed season, FIRST® DIVESM presented by Qualcomm, we engaged 853,000+ youth participants in discovery, innovation, and teamwork – empowering them to use STEM to build a better world. Our expansive community of sponsors, donors, program delivery partners, volunteers, mentors, educators, alumni, families, and other supporters are key to anchoring our mission and helping young people reach new horizons through FIRST.

The 2025 FIRST Annual Impact Report showcases the impact of FIRST programs and the ways we are helping young people chart their own course for the future. The report covers fiscal year 2025 (July 2024-June 2025) and includes:

  • A message from FIRST.
  • Proof for the FIRST Theory of Change.
  • Inspiring stories of FIRST alumni and teams discovering their potential and making positive waves of change in their communities.
  • Season highlights, from influential partnerships to new program innovations.
  • Acknowledgement and listing of FIRST sponsors, donors, and Program Delivery Organizations.
  • FIRST financials.
